Household Governance
How collective living fails structurally, and what unilateralism requires to persist.
A two-part series treating the household as a material system of social reproduction, governed by the distribution of labor, authority, and obligation. The first piece builds the diagnostic framework. The second follows it into a specific built environment, a specific sequence of events, and a specific institutional intervention.

An ongoing investigative line examining how workplace control systems operate through paperwork, classification, and administrative procedure, and how workers can build counter-archives that turn those systems back against themselves.

- Northwest Center / OneNorth IFS
A Seattle-based nonprofit operating commercial janitorial enterprises under a disability inclusion mission. A five-phase public records investigation covering IRS 990 filings, executive and board structure, 335 worker reviews, NLRB case history, and mass line organizing analysis.
Central finding: two organizations under one brand. The mission generates client revenue and donor goodwill; the operational record generates the surplus. A synthesis is forthcoming.

Property Relations
Who owns what, and what that means for the people who live inside it.
Public records research into residential parcel ownership, tracing out-of-state entities, LLC shell structures, and large landlord concentration in local housing markets. This is part of the broader investigative methodology Community Power NM is applying to Otero County, New Mexico, and I am extending to Spokane County, Washington.
Data sources: county assessor parcel data, Secretary of State corporate filings, FOIA requests where applicable.
